DOUGHNUTS AND PRAYERS FOR ANNISTON POLICE DEPARTMENT
In honor of the Feast Day of St. Michael (Patron Saint of Police Officers) and All Angels, September 29, several members of our St. Catherine Chapter of the Daughters of the King delivered doughnuts and prayer/blessing cards to the Anniston Police Department to express our appreciation for and support of the good, hard work of these committed civil servants. We give thanks for the Anniston Police Department personnel for all the ways they defend, protect and serve our city, and pray for their safety and well-being.

GIFT WRAPPING FOR RIGHT START CHILDCARE CENTER
Annually, members of the Daughters of the King also wrap Christmas gifts for the children served by Right Start Childcare Center, a program generously and long supported by the parish.

BEANS AND RICE FOOD MINISTRY
Monthly (Third Saturday of each month, 10-11 a.m.), members and friends of the parish package and distribute generous amounts of beans, rice, and other food and beverage staples to approximately 150 members of the community. The Beans and Rice Food Ministry is headquartered at 1005 West 18th Street in Anniston, across the street from the church.
